What goes on a bill of lading
A BOL is the receipt, contract and title record for a shipment. These are the fields this generator fills in:
- Shipper: company name, address and phone.
- Carrier: carrier name and MC number.
- Origin and destination: street, city, state and ZIP.
- Cargo: commodity description, weight and equipment type.
- References: PO number, pickup date and delivery date.

What information goes on a bill of lading?
