Live Load Board β Updated in real time
Browse open loads, updated in real time. Filter by origin, destination, equipment type, weight class, pickup date, and deadhead radius. Save your preferred lanes and get notified the moment a matching load posts.
AI Rate Advisor β Bid with confidence
Before you submit a bid, our AI suggests a bid range from the lane, equipment type, weight and pickup date, plus recent bids on similar lanes when the platform has them. It is an estimate to sanity-check your number, not a promise of a win.
Buy Now Option β Instant load coverage
Some loads offer a Buy Now price β accept it instantly and the load is yours. No waiting for bid review, no negotiation. Perfect for filling a lane gap when you need quick coverage.
Performance Analytics β Track what matters
Monitor your win rate by lane, average rate per mile, revenue trends, and load history over time. See which lanes are most profitable for your truck and focus your bidding where it pays the most.
Fleet & Driver Management β One dashboard
Assign loads to specific drivers and trucks from your fleet dashboard. Track driver positions in real time. Communicate directly through the platform. Available on Pro and above.
Loads screened before they post
New shipper accounts are checked at signup, loads that look risky are held for review before carriers see them, and any carrier can report a load. Screening lowers the odds of a bad load; it does not remove them, so keep checking who you haul for.
From registration to your first haul
Register, get checked against FMCSA records, and start bidding as soon as you are approved.
Get verified and approved
Create your account and submit your USDOT number (and MC number if you haul interstate for hire). We look it up with FMCSA and send unclear cases to manual review. Once you are approved, you can browse the full load board and start bidding.
Browse, get rate advice, and bid
Use filters to find loads that match your equipment, preferred lanes, and target rate. Check the AI rate recommendation before submitting. Place your bid β or hit Buy Now for instant coverage.
Haul and deliver
When awarded, you receive load details, shipper contact, and dispatch instructions automatically. Deliver the load and upload your signed POD to confirm completion.
Built for carriers of every size
From solo owner-operators to growing fleets, FreightBidder adapts to how you run your trucking business.
Owner-operators running dedicated lanes
You run dry van between Chicago and Dallas β but finding a good backhaul has meant hours on load boards with nothing to show. FreightBidder filters loads to your equipment and preferred lanes, and the AI rate advisor tells you what to bid before you submit so you never leave money on the table.

Common questions from carriers
Is FreightBidder free for carriers?
Yes. Carriers can join, get FMCSA-verified, and submit up to 10 bids per month completely free. No credit card required. The Carrier Pro plan ($29/month) raises your limit to 100 bids per month and adds the AI rate advisor.
How does FMCSA verification work?
When you register, you submit your MC# or DOT number. We look up your FMCSA record to confirm operating authority and safety rating and, where FMCSA reports it, insurance. If anything is unclear or missing, your application goes to manual review before you can bid.
How is the AI rate advisor different from just checking a rate index?
The AI rate advisor suggests a bid range from the lane, equipment type, weight and pickup date, plus recent bids on similar lanes when the platform has them. It is an AI estimate, not a market quote or a guarantee of winning, so treat it as a starting point for your own judgment.
Can I set preferred lanes and get notified of new loads?
Yes. On Pro and above plans, you can save preferred lane searches and enable instant notifications when a matching load posts. You can set up multiple saved lanes and receive alerts via email or in-app.
How long does it typically take to win a bid?
That depends on the shipper β each one decides when to award. You'll receive an instant notification when your bid is awarded, or if the load was awarded to another carrier.
Do I need to be a large fleet to use FreightBidder?
Not at all. FreightBidder serves carriers of all sizes β from solo owner-operators to fleets of 200+ trucks. Our free plan is designed specifically for individual operators getting started.
What equipment types are supported?
Dry van, flatbed, reefer, step deck, lowboy, tanker, power only, and specialized loads. You specify your equipment type during registration, and the load board automatically filters for compatible loads.
