Free load board — questions answered
Is the FreightBidder free plan actually free?
Yes. The free plan includes 10 bids per month, full load board access, and FMCSA carrier verification — no credit card required at signup.
What's NOT included in the free plan?
The free plan caps bids at 10 per calendar month. AI bid price advisor, lane alert notifications, AI load matching, and fleet/driver management tools require a paid Carrier Pro plan ($29/month).
How is this different from DAT or Truckstop's free trials?
Most load board free trials are time-limited (7–14 days) and then require a subscription. FreightBidder's free plan is permanent — 10 bids per month, indefinitely. You only upgrade when your bid volume demands it.
Can I see all loads on the free plan?
Free plan carriers have access to the full load board — every load, every lane, every equipment type. There are no paywalled loads or preview-only listings. The only limit is 10 bids per month.
How do I get FMCSA-verified for free?
FMCSA verification is included at no cost on every plan. Submit your USDOT number (and MC number if you haul interstate for hire) during registration; we look it up with FMCSA, send unclear cases to manual review, and you can bid once you are approved.
When should I upgrade to Pro?
When you're consistently hitting your 10-bid limit, it's time to upgrade. Carrier Pro ($29/month) also adds the AI bid advisor and lane alerts — tools that quickly pay for themselves in better rates.
